Less Doubt More Hope

Mental growth

If I’m true to my feelings and what my circumstances depict then it’s okay to doubt

If I’m fearful of what life might throw at me, the unseen, the unpredictable then it’s okay to doubt

If my mind’s occupied by my past, my mistakes, my heartaches, my pain, my sorrows then it’s okay to doubt

If I can focus on the positive even when the negative torments me, cripples me, blocks me then it’s okay to hope

If I can find the strength to get back on my feet, face the storms of life, find comfort in my discomfort then it’s okay to hope

If I can start over with nothing, be satisfied with everything, be attached to nothing then I have hope.
